Job Opportunity - Medical Coder

This position is responsible for assigning ICD-10 diagnostic and procedure codes for the billing process and for processing denied or incomplete claims.

Requires high school education or equivalent, plus 2 years relevant experience in a hospital or radiology specialty medical practice. Completion of American Health Information Management approved Accredited Record Technician course and/or completion of college level courses in anatomy and physiology and related science courses, preferred. CPC or CPCA certification or ART, CCS, CPHC & ICD-10 specific training/certification preferred.

Hours M-T 7:00am -5:00pm Fri 7:00am - 11:00am
